We ship to all U.S. states and territories.
We provide FREE STANDARD SHIPPING through FedEx on orders of $100+ after coupons and before taxes are calculated.

Please note that some carrier services may experience unexpected delays in transit or tracking updates. We appreciate your patience and understanding — it’s always our top priority to make sure your orders are delivered to you as soon as possible.

 


 

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after order confirmation.
You will receive an email notification once your order has been shipped.

  • Orders within the U.S. typically arrive in 5–7 business days.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by holidays, weather, or courier delays.

 


 

Shipping Charges

  • Free Standard Shipping on orders of $100 or more

  • Orders under $100 will incur a flat shipping fee (calculated at checkout)

 


 

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number to follow your package.
If you haven’t received tracking details within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us at support@odetterugs.com.

 


 

Shipping Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and correct at checkout.
Odette Rugs is not responsible for:

  • Orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses

  • Lost packages due to inaccurate address information provided by the customer

Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages

If your package is lost, stolen, or missing, please follow these steps:

  2. If FedEx is unable to assist or locate your package, please contact us at support@odetterugs.com with your claim number.
